The VoIP offerer Skype communicated on Thursday to offer to his paying customers as remuneration for the two-day loss of its services in the past week one week free Telefonie.
The offer addresses itself to participants of the services Skype pro, Skype Unlimited, SkypeIn and Skype Voicemail. The company informed its customers via E-Mail over the action.
The temporary collapse of the Skype network in the past week had been attributed by the enterprise to the fact that after the Microsoft Patchday too many computers of its customers had tried after a restart to log in again into the system.
